Solutions for UV Light Measurement
Technical Support is FREE for the first three months following delivery of
your new Solatell instrument, to ensure that you are totally comfortable
with its operation. After this support period you can purchase an extended
technical support package on an annual basis.
In addition, we make every endeavour to have one of sales representative or agents come visit you in your workplace to see how things are progressing and answer any questions you may have, but failing this, you will at least receive a telephone call from us before the end of the three-month period.
UV Measurement Training Sessions from Solatell Technicians are available at daily rates provided on application.
